I am one of those lucky people that suffer from insomnia and when the opportunity to sleep escapes me, I try to escape from it by walking around my neighbourhood.
There is something comforting about stumbling into light within the darkness of muted hues. A flash of colour, a flash of life and even though I may feel all alone, it's also comforting to know that I am not.
